I called Russell Garage Door to come out and look at my existing door, which was many years old and in a state of general disrepair (wood chipping at the bottom, tracks in need of serious TLC). During the initial consultation, Kris clearly and politely offered a full replacement door for a very reasonable price, so I decided to pursue that route instead. On the install day last week, the technician was prompt, arriving 5 minutes BEFORE the scheduled window start time, efficient in his work and clean, leaving barely a trace that he had been there. I now have a brand new, lower maintenance metal garage door and track hardware and the garage and my car have never been happier! I would highly recommend RGD to anyone in need of similar services.
