By including thermal breaks and minimizing air leakage, we optimize energy efficiency and climate control. Thermiser Max® – Low U Insulated Door
This sophisticated rolling door carries the lowest U-factor rating in the industry, at 0.532*. An insulated curtain, a patented perimeter seal, and a thermally broken guide minimize the speed of heat transfer for top-of-the-line energy efficiency and climate control. Taking up minimal headroom, Thermiser Max – Low U Door is ideal for second or third floors.

Rolling Fire Doors with SmokeShield® Package
Advanced AlarmGard™ fire door systems with alarm-activated operation deliver superior protection, containing the spread of smoke and flames while boasting low ownership costs. The AlarmGard operating system ensures efficiency by automatically resetting or reopening after a fire or power outage. The available SmokeShield® package conforms to UL1784 standards, adding an extra layer of protection against smoke and draft infiltration.
SmokeShield® Elevator Smoke Curtain
SmokeShield Elevator offers discreet and rapid operation, effectively sealing elevator door openings to mitigate the spread of smoke. Elevator smoke curtains safeguard openings measuring up to 12 feet in height and width. With a compact design requiring less than 10 inches of headroom, it stands out as the most space-efficient smoke containment solution available.
