Clopay Garage Door Featured in HGTV Dream Home 2026

Designer Brian Patrick Flynn chose the Canyon Ridge Chevron door for the newly built, fully furnished waterfront retreat located on Lake Wylie, just outside Charlotte, North Carolina. The approximately 3,000-square-foot, three-bedroom home serves as the centerpiece of the HGTV Dream Home 2026 $2.4 million sweepstakes prize package, which includes the house along with $100,000 in cash, to be awarded to one lucky winner.

The home’s exterior features a dark earthy color palette accented by hand-laid stone, custom millwork and organic materials, all working together to bring a relaxed lakeside aesthetic to life. The stained faux wood composite Canyon Ridge Chevron garage door enhances this look, delivering the warmth and beauty of wood with the durability and low maintenance of a faux wood composite design.

Beyond housing vehicles, the garage has been transformed into a multi-purpose recreation area complete with games, a dedicated workstation for outdoor projects, a pet wash area, and ample storage for pet accessories demonstrating how thoughtful design can extend style and usability throughout the entire home.
